3. Speak from personal experience: use “I” instead of “we”, “you” or “they”.
4. No self-promotion. Please don’t tag your social media or promote other programs.
5. Confidentiality. Only share your experiences not other’s words or stories.
Drop in when you want – leave when you want. You can have the camera on or off.
